Mr. Tiano is a graduate of Western Michigan University of Kalamazoo, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude. He has worked as a real estate appraiser since 1978 and is Vice President of STETTER AND TIANO, INC.

He served previously on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Michigan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, as Education Chairman.

Mr. Tiano is both a licensed real estate appraiser and a licensed real estate broker with the State of Michigan, though he devotes his full time to real estate appraising.

He is also a member of ERC (The Employee Relocation Council) and has been awarded their CRP designation.
