Our Achievements

Each of our appraisers specializing in relocation appraisals is a member of ERC (The Employee Relocation Council) and has been awarded their CRP designation, an indication of their expertise.

STETTER & TIANO, INC. is the recipient of Associates Relocation's "Bull's Eye Award", their "Partnership Award" and their "Excellence Award", all given for having achieved the overall highest degree of accuracy and service in the performance of their relocation appraisals.

We have also won Cendant Mobility’s "Award for Excellence" and the higher "Appraisal Accuracy Award" indicating overall appraisal accuracy within 2%-3% of the ultimate selling price of the home.
