Kenneth D. Stetter, SRA, CRP

Mr. Stetter is a graduate of Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan with a B.A. in Economics and is President of STETTER & TIANO, INC.

He has worked as a real estate appraiser since 1974. He is a member and served previously on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Michigan Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and was awarded their SRA designation in 1985, which is the highest designation awarded to appraisers specializing in residential appraisals. He has chaired numerous ethics panels for them and has worked in their local education program on their Experience Credit panel.

Mr. Stetter is also a member of the Employee Relocation Council and has been awarded their CRP designation.

He is a member of RAC, Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants, a professional organization consisting of the finest appraisers throughout the country, specializing in relocation appraisals.

He is considered to be an expert court witness by Oakland County, Michigan.

He is both a Certified Residential real estate appraiser and a licensed real estate broker with the State of Michigan, although he devotes his full time to real estate appraising.
